CYCLE TWO
Sleepwalker is an exploration of a struggling comic-book artist who is dealing with grief in a dangerous and unhealthy way. We’re introduced to Mike just as he is preparing to stalk the streets of LA dressed in an inflatable T-Rex costume to fight crime. We come to discover that Mike has just been informed that his daughter’s killer is up for parole and Mike is expected to speak on behalf of the family at the upcoming hearing. This causes Mike to be thrown back into his grief, forcing him to confront the loss he has refused to deal with. As he continues to stalk the streets, getting into ever growing danger, he pours his grief into the comic he is working on about a crime fighting T-rex and his little sidekick.
