As it stands, I've chosen not to offer wedding photography as a service. This allows for collaboration with talented photographers and you the luxury of choice. So, if you've got one - great! What does your pricing include?
the pricing listed includes, taxes, rental fees, overhead and transportation for wedding held within the dallas / FT. Worth area. otherwise, weddings outside of the circled area require travel, which would not be included in a local wedding rate. Destination weddings are different, AND NEGOTIABLE, as well.
how far DO you travel?
I AM VERY comfortable, AND VERSED, traveling for events. YOU'RE LOOKING AN AN EXPERT ROAD-TRIPPER TO BAJA MEXICO AND OVER-PACKER TO VISIT THE FAMILY IN FRANCE. Travel is billed simply - if airfare / hotel / rental car are needed, all you are responsible for is a direct reimbursement for the charges.
Do you have any past clients we can speak to as references?
UNFORTUNATELY, the answer is no and Here's why: (1) any REFERENCE i give would be biased (2) i truely respect my clients' investment in my work, and could never ask a them to market for me on their own time. However, i have included testimonials to the press page.
how long does it take before we RECEIVE our video?
my team and i work well, and we work quickly. videos are typically completed within six weeks of the wedding date and no later than twelve.
do we get the COPYRIGHT of the video?
i'm asked about this more often than you would think. to clarify: many PHOTOGRAPHERS / videographers include a "copywright release" in their contracts, which is the same as a release to use the images / footage as you please. that's not the same as obtaining copyright. copyright simply means that i am the creator of the content, and i "own" the copyright. selling or obtaining "copyright" is not possible, but you have full access to share your content as much as you'd like!
do we GET the raw unedited files?
the raw, unedited files are not available for viewing or purchase. the material selected for editing and final delivery are a reflection of my standards and commitment to delivering a fully realized product. rest assured that i will include every genuine moment and footage not provided truely is extra.

i use a mixture of equipment - all professional grade. canon & sony cameras, dji ronin stabilizers and dji phantom drones
COULD you provide my venue with a certificate of insurance?
Yes, please let me know at least two months in advance as it does take time for our insurance company to process and provide that document. feel free to put your venue or coordinator in touch with me and we can work out the details.
COULD you hold a date for me?
to be fair, i accept bookings on a first come / first served basis.
what is your payment schedule?
1) $1,500 booking fee / retainer is due to reserve 2) 50% of balance due 90 days from wedding date 3) final balance due 2 weeks prior to wedding date

CAN WE PAY YOU PART OF THE AMOUNT AFTER THE WEDDING?
I DO REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT BEFORE THE EVENT. PAYMENT FOR OVERTIME, UPGRADES OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS BEYOND YOUR WEDDING DAY CONTRACT, HOWEVER, ARE ALL DUE POST-WEDDING. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE, LET ME KNOW.
IF I NEED TO CANCEL, IS THE RETAINER REFUNDABLE?
THE RETAINER FEE AND ALL MONIES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE RETAINER GUARANTEES THAT I'LL HOLD THE DATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU AND ONCE YOU'VE SIGNED THE CONTRACT I DO TURN ALL OTHER COMMISSIONS.
WHAT IF YOU DIE?
A FEW THINGS WILL HAPPEN: 1) I WON'T BE THERE 2) MY NETWORK IS FILLED WITH TALENTED PHOTOGRAPHERS / VIDEOGRAPHERS AND MY COLLEAGUE WILL CONNECT YOU WITH A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT.
WHAT IF YOU'RE SICK?
I HAVE YET TO MISS A PROJECT FOR ANY REASON (KNOCKING ON WOOD). JUST KNOW THAT I TAKE THE HONOR AND RESPONSIBILITY OF CAPTURING THIS SPECIAL MOMENT IN YOUR LIFE VERY SERIOUSLY. i WON'T CALL IN SICK WITHOUT A VERY GRAVE, SERIOUS REASON BEHIND IT. IF THAT WERE TO HAPPEN, I WILL FIND YOU A REPLACEMENT AT THE SAME SKILL LEVEL THAT I POSSESS. IF THIS IS SOMETHING THAT CONCERNS YOU, PLEASE CONTACT ME.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SINCE I CAN'T HOLD DATES WHEN DATES ARE BOOKED...WELL. MOST OF MY PROJECTS CONTRACT ME WITHIN A YEAR OF THE WEDDING DATE, SOMETIMES AS CLOSE AS TWO MONTHS PRIOR.
IF WE'RE RUNNING LATE, WILL YOU STAY LATER THAN SCHEDULED?
YES. I DO HAVE AN OVERTIME RATE THAT ONLY GOES INTO EFFECT WITH YOUR PERMISSION AND APPROVAL THAT I CONTINUE COVERAGE. I WILL BILL YOU FOR THOSE HOURS AFTER YOU RETURN FROM YOUR HONEYMOON. OVERTIME INCLUDES EVERYONE WORKING AT THE EVENT.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR OFF-SEASON OR NON-PRIME EVENTS?
OCCASIONALLY. DISCOUNTS ARE BASED ON TIME OF YEAR, MY TRAVEL SCHEDULE, AND AVAILABILITY. IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR BUDGETARY NEEDS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU AT THE RECEPTION?
YOU ABSOLUTELY DON'T HAVE TO, BUT I'M NOT ONE TO PASS UP A HOT MEAL. FOOD USUALLY ENSURES I STAY CONSCIOUS, SO I DO BRING A KIND BARS AND SOME WATER IN MY BAG. I PREFER TO BE FED WHEN YOU ARE FED, NOT AFTERWARDS. wHEN YOU'RE DONE, I WANT TO BE DONE AS WELL TO CONTINUE DOCUMENTING YOU SPECIAL DAY.
CAN OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TAKE PICTURES? FILM VIDEO?
OF COURSE! DOESN'T BOTHER ME AT ALL. I JUST ASK THAT PEOPLE RESPECT MY PRESENCE. ONE OF THE BEST COMPLIMENTS I'VE RECEIVED WAS "I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW YOU WERE THERE" I PROMISE I WON'T GET IN THE WAY.
